To comply with the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) Air-Conditioning systems with an output of more than 12kW must be inspected regularly. To leverage this legislation into real effective savings from your air-conditioning systems, ETS provide a unique state of the art inspection methodology resulting in a comprehensive set of recommendation to save energy on air-conditioning usage.

ISO 50001

Since the inception of the ISO 50001 standard in 2011, ETS have been at the forefront of the industry to support complex organisations with large building portfolios to implement and maintain robust energy management systems in accordance with the ISO 50001 standard. ISO 50001 provides a great framework to continually save energy and embed energy performance in all the processes of the organisation. From writing solid energy policies through to verifying and auditing sites, ETS can help identifying the gaps and the potential non-conformance of each business and guide organisations to accreditation.

Air and Water Quality

ETS can provide a suite of compliance audits for Water hygiene control, Water treatment, Indoor air quality control, and closed hydraulic systems.
