Professional History and Qualifications

Tania started her career working for a civil engineering consulting company as an Office Administrator before progressing into the role of Office Coordinator and Technical Desk Supervisor for a budget retailer.  Tania soon returned to the engineering sector, taking on the role of Project Coordinator for a mechanical, electrical and refrigeration consultancy company where she took an active role in project coordination and supervision for various energy reduction and equipment installation projects.

Tania joined ETS during 2017 following a brief time working in procurement for a water cylinder manufacturing company.  Tania has a CMI Level 3 in Project Management and has a wealth of experience in project coordination and delivery.  Supporting our Operations department in the north, Tania acts as our Office Coordinator and Technical Administrator for our Wakefield office.

Professional History and Qualifications

The majority of Sara’s career has been in the legal profession either working for law practices, or working in a legal department of a firm in another industry.  Sara has experience of a wide assortment of legal matters including family practice, property, medical negligence and multi-party actions.  In addition to other roles she has been a Secretary, a PA to Partners/Directors, a Paralegal and a Conveyancer, working for firms that range in size from sole practitioners to multinationals.

At ETS Sara is the principle administrator for our major contracts and is more than likely the friendly voice you will be greeted by when you phone our office.


Central Support Co-ordinator and Administrator (Head Office)

Professional History and Qualifications

Jana Prikrylova previously worked for a budget retailer as a Duty Manager before taking on the role of Office Administrator for an environmental consultancy firm. Jana is bilingual in Czech, German and English and proficient in tender / bid management.

Jana joined ETS in 2017 as a Central Support Co-ordinator and Administrator.  Acting as one of the main points of contact for our Bristol office, Jana organises the majority of the facilities and resources for the company, ensuring the business runs smoothly.

Technical Administrator

Professional History and Qualifications

Initially working in sales, Kelly has experience selling products as diverse as cars, furniture and baked goods.  Whilst working for an international brand in food production, she sold breads and pastries to some of the top hotels, restaurants and cafes in Bristol.  She then moved into technical administration, working for a company that installs and services lifts and escalators.

As one of our Technical Administrators, Kelly keeps a keen eye on all aspects necessary to deliver a scheme successfully to completion.  She combines effective organisation and communication to keep work on-time and on-budget.
