Tilly has a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the University of Manchester and is currently studying towards her MSc in Building Services Engineering with Sustainable Energy from Brunel University. She is a CIBSE qualified ESOS Lead Assessor and Low Carbon Consultant as well as a registered practitioner of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (PIEMA).
Tilly has over ten years’ experience in the energy and environment sector and has a strong record in carbon reporting, compliance and technical analysis. During her career, Tilly has worked for Thames Valley Energy Centre, the Environment Agency and Sustain, undertaking a number of large scale projects across a wide range of sectors including Residential, Higher Education and Commercial.
As our Technical Energy Centre Operations Manager, Tilly ensures our consultants receive the necessary support to deliver various energy saving initiatives. Tilly also provides our operations team with consultative advice, drawing on her substantial knowledge and expertise in carbon management and compliance.
Dmitrij has over 15 years experience in the Building Controls industry and has a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Kaliningrad State Kant University, Russia. He has a broad range of experience in managing projects across a number of sectors including commercial, residential and mixed-use developments. His expertise includes HVAC, M&E and BMS.
During his career, Dmitrij has taken on a number of senior roles as a Building Controls specialist including, Software Development Consultant, BMS Projects Consultant, HVAC Controls and BMS Project Manager. As an expert in his field, he has worked on number of large schemes across Russia, Lithuania and the UK.
Dmitrij joined ETS in 2017 and is our controls specialist. Drawing on his extensive experience, Dmitrij supports our technical engineers on the field and our data analysts.
Marisa has over 12 years experience in providing energy management and environmental consultancy services. She has a BSc in Biology and her expertise includes Energy Auditing, Energy Management, Building Management Systems, SAP assessments, BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) Assessments.
Before joining ETS, Marisa worked for an sustainability consultancy practice where she project managed a number of large contracts for various public sector organisations. As a Senior Associate, her role included reviewing the designs and assessments of domestic dwellings working with client representatives to ensure properties are cost effective and meet environmental standards.
Marisa joined ETS in 2015 and is the lead analyst on our Technical Energy Centre (TEC).
After completing his BSc in Geography at Swansea University, Simon continued his studies at the University of the West of England achieving an MSc in Environmental Consultancy. Continuing his professional development with ETS, Simon then became a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP-IT).
As part of his MSc, Simon completed an industry placement at ETS and won Green Capital Change Maker Gold Award by Bristol 2015 European Green Capital for his work as a sustainable consultant practitioner. He then joined ETS full-time in 2015 working as a Energy Data Analyst for our Technical Energy Centre.
Simon’s role at ETS encompasses energy analysis, reporting and control system management. As a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP-IT), Simon is experienced in delivering M&V plans across a range of sectors including commercial, retail and industrial.
After graduating from the University of Sheffield with a BA (Hons) in History, Jon started his career working as a Campaign Architect for a marketing consultancy firm, designing data management strategies, building automated reporting systems, and carrying out data mining. He quickly progressed into the role of Reporting Analyst for a global financial administration company, responsible for the financial performance monitoring and reporting within the UK operations department.
Jon joined ETS in 2017 as one of our Energy Data and IT Analysts supporting our Technical Energy Centre team. He is responsible for compiling reporting suites and creating opportunities for streamlining and efficiencies in reporting to our clients. He also supports our Controls Bureau, providing remote assistance for our clients.
After achieving a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Nottingham University, Annie continued her studies achieving an MSc in Environmental Sustainability from Edinburgh University. She is a qualified CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant, ESOS Lead Assessor as well as a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and a Full Member of CIBSE (MCIBSE)
Annie has over 10 years of experience in consultancy working across a range of sectors including infrastructure, retail, public sector, healthcare, leisure, residential and commercial. She has worked in Australia and the UK for a number of world renowned engineering firms including Cundall and CH2M Hill.
As a leading team member of our Technical Energy Centre (TEC), Annie quality controls the service provided by the TEC team as well as continually developing our services.
George is a computing graduate with a first-class honours degree from the University of Leicester. Since 2015 he has been working as a data analyst and automation developer within the education sector. He has a keen interest in the computer programming and software development.
George joined ETS in 2017 and works as one of our Data Analysts as part of our Technical Energy Centre (TEC) team. Drawing on his experience and knowledge of computer programming, George has taken a lead role in supporting the development, automation and innovation of our current Energy Management processes. He also supports our Controls Bureau, performing remote assistance to a number of blue-chip clients requiring BMS amendments and control strategy reviews.
