ETS Acquire TBMS Global in drive to further the Smart Building Agenda

The team at ETS are delighted to announce the acquisition of TBMS Global, a specialist building management systems and control company, based in Bristol. This is an exciting step forward for our team, and will further strengthen our fully integrated energy management solutions offering to new and existing clients alike.

All buildings, and the assets within those buildings, provide multiple data points that, when analysed correctly, enable our team to tailor energy solutions that are cost-effective and environmentally friendly. The acquisition of TBMS Global further enhances our presence in the Smart Buildings space, providing deeper insight into building performance, and augmenting our team’s well-established ability to holistically manage building energy and data, identify savings and risk, intervene to ensure the building’s assets are as efficient as possible, and engineer solutions appropriate for each building’s needs.

The entire TBMS Global team who share a passion for control integration will now join ETS and will service the country on a national scale.

The TBMS team have almost 100 years of BeMS control and panel build expertise between them and are extremely passionate about the impact that their work has on saving the planet. Paul Martin is also particularly motivated by integrated systems, as you can read in one of his popular LinkedIn articles: “Trend’s BEMS used to pioneer a technical first in Biomass Boiler control and efficiency at Atlantic College”. Follow Paul in LinkedIn for regular updates.

This acquisition also gives us the ability to manufacture specialist BeMS panels, however, we will endeavour to always focus on client, problem and budget first and will remain completely independent from any specific manufacturer.

The new service, branded ETS Automation, will be available immediately on a national and international scale. Our main goal with ETS Automation is to deliver the best-in-class energy management automated solutions.
