Building Performance

Combining energy data with engineering expertise
provides insight into how to improve operational performance
in your buildings and sites

It is well known that buildings tend to not operate as intended which can often cause performance gaps with energy and operational efficiency. Whilst gaps in building performance is a multi-faceted issue, data integration is often a key contributing factor. Combining energy data with engineering expertise provides insight into the real causes of tenant complaints, equipment failures and maintenance issues.

Poor performing buildings reduce staff productivity and damage customer experience. Our team of Chartered Engineers, Chartered Energy Engineers, Chartered Energy Managers, ISO 50001 Lead Auditors, ESOS Lead Assessors and technical specialists are experienced in delivering energy efficient working environments that maximise comfort conditions and reduce capital expenditure.

Common Causes of Poor Performance

  • Plant life and degradation
  • Maintainability
  • Controls and automation
  • Change and use of a building
  • Knowing how much equipment costs to run and how to operate
