ETS has measured an average improvement on overall maintenance delivery of 40%. Similarly, proof of conformance aspects (statutory and industry standard critical compliance), which are categorised as red (no evidence), yellow (missing data, out of date or further queries) and green (compliant) has seen a reduction of over 50% in ‘red flagged’ issues.
