Working closely with you and your chosen supply chain, we will fully project manage on your behalf – undertaking full programme coordination; initiating, accelerating, decelerating, redefining and terminating projects within the programme; whilst managing the interdependencies between projects and enabling business-as-usual activities within your buildings.
Additionally, acting as Clerk of Works, we will maintain a firm grip on standards throughout the project through to practical completion, and provide IPMVP M&V of the performance of the upgrade programme to enable financial-grade verification of the savings being generated.
